Location: Massena, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts per week (12 hours each, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend (EOW)
Unit does not accept first-time travelers
Local candidates accepted only if residing more than 50 miles away
Patient Diagnoses commonly encountered: COPD, Pneumonia, Non-specific abdominal pain, Cellulitis, Chest pain rule out
Nurse-to-patient ratios:
- Days: 1:6
- Nights: 1:7
- Weekends: 1:8
Electronic Health Record system: Epic (required)
Scrubs: Any nursing uniform color allowed

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
One completed travel nursing assignment
ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Proficient in management of dysrhythmias
Experience using Rapid Response and Code teams
Skilled in High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) management
Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record system
