Day Shift Staffing: 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, 3 CNAs, 1 HUC, 1-2 sitters
Day Shift RN Ratio: 1:5-6
Night Shift Staffing: 1 charge nurse, 7 RNs, 3 CNAs, 0.5 HUC, 1-2 sitters
Night Shift RN Ratio: 1:6-7
Equipment: Medical remote telemetry monitoring, Cerner Patient Observation (CPO), VC150’s in every patient room, workstation on wheels for every staff member, Tap and Go for computer/documentation access
EMR System: Cerner

Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Prepare patients for Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology (IR), and Operating Room (OR) procedures
Hard-working and compassionate personality preferred

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Minimum 2 years of telemetry nursing experience, including telemetry experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

Floating Areas: Med-Surg units (3W, 5W, K8)
Dress Code: Navy blue top and bottom, white top with navy blue bottom, or all white scrubs
Weekend Requirement: Must sign up for 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday count as weekend shifts on night shift)
