Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience in a Long Term Care setting

Experience Notes

• New graduates may be considered if they have Level II fieldwork experience

Role Overview

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and adjust treatment plans using standardized assessments and evidence-based practice
• Provide skilled rehabilitation treatment, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Document treatment, progress, discharge summaries, and required clinical information
• Communicate with the care team, patients, families, and caregivers
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, in-services, and conferences
• Supervise occupational therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students
