Location: Utica, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36

Unit specialties include Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, Gastrointestinal, Dermatology, and General Medicine
Patient demographics: Adults (18 years and older)
Unit size: 56 beds
Common diagnoses: Cancer, ESRD, Diabetes, Abdominal Pain, and related conditions

Floating between units is required
Block scheduling is not guaranteed
Specialty equipment used: IV pumps, NG tubes, Chest tubes, specialty beds (sand beds)
Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC

Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical and Oncology nursing
Prior travel experience required
Active New York RN license verified through NURSYS
Current certifications: AHA BLS, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Chemotherapy Certification
Valid driver’s license with address matching demographic information
Skills checklist matching specialty (Med Surg / Oncology) must be provided
Return to Office (RTO) documentation required at submission
