Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
  • Occupational Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation
  • Experience in a Home Health setting

Work Expectations

  • May visit up to 6 patients per day
  • Standard productivity is 30 points
  • Occasional travel radius may exceed 50 miles
  • No weekend requirement
  • No on-call requirement
  • No floating between like units
  • Block scheduling is not available
  • First-time travelers are not accepted

Additional Notes

  • Local candidates are accepted within a 50–75 mile radius
  • RTO restrictions should be confirmed with the hiring manager
  • Facility may call off up to one shift per pay period
  • Charting uses Oasis
  • Free parking is available
  • Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standard
