- Location: McKinney, Texas

- Unit: PCU (Progressive Care Unit), 3rd Floor, Main Building
Unit Overview
- Beds: 46 total (16 private, 15 semi-private), average census 34
- Staff: 74 total
- Patient Ratios: 1:4, max 1:5
- Equipment: IV pumps, Sara Stedy Lift, Roving B450 monitors, remote tele
- Typical Procedures: BiPAP/high-flow O2, titratable drips
- Floating Area(s): Inpatient holds in ED, Med/Surg departments
- Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs
- Weekends/On Call: 2 weekend shifts every pay period (2 weeks) or 4 weekend shifts every 2 pay periods (4 weeks)

Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
- PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience of at least 1 year, with experience within the last year
- Experience managing titratable drips, such as heparin, Cardizem, and Cardene
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
