Emergency Department experience
Proficiency with Hamilton G5, PB 980, Respironics V60, Optiflow, Lumis tx, Cough Assist, Vest, and IPV equipment

Background check required within 30 days of start
Pennsylvania state-specific search required within 30 days of start
Pennsylvania child abuse search required within 90 days of start
Pennsylvania Department of Human Services fingerprint results required within 90 days of start
Pennsylvania PATCH search results required within 90 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM check required upon hire
HHS/OIG check required upon hire
Education verification required
Employment application required with 7 years of complete work history and explanations for gaps over 90 days
Minimum of 2 professional references required, both from employment within 12 months of start
