Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgery

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Must have 2 years of OR (Operating Room) experience in a busy OR department.
EPIC experience is required.
Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 06:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
On-call requirement: one night every 2 weeks and one weekend every 6 weeks.
Workday hours may extend depending on case load.

Licenses & Certifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
PALS issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
ACLS
NIHSS
DCI/BVP

Education & Experience

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room experience (2 years), including experience within the last year
Experience with Epic
