Job Overview

• Travel/contract RN position in Fortuna, California
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
• OR - Operating Room experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
• E-Verify attestation
• Background check within 90 days of start, updated annually
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check within 30 days of start, updated monthly
• HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start, updated monthly
• Education verification required
• Employment application covering at least the last 5 years
• Skills checklist, if applicable to the unit
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask record
• Tdap within 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, flu, COVID, and respirator clearance documentation as required by policy

• Winter bill rate increase applies from October 4, 2026 through February 27, 2027
