Qualifications
Description
The Emergency Department RN Supervisor provides leadership and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, emergency treatment, staff supervision, medication administration, care coordination, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Active California RN License
- 1+ year of Emergency Department experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- NRP and TNCC required within one year of hire
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced emergency environment
