Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develops and implements system-wide behavioral health goals, operational strategies, standards, and performance improvement initiatives aligned with organizational, regulatory, and strategic objectives. </li><li>Leads inpatient and interventional behavioral health operations across multiple hospitals and care settings, including service planning, complaint management, access, throughput, and operational performance. </li><li>Collaborates with executive, physician, nursing, and operational leaders to evaluate and implement programs, services, growth opportunities, models of care, and evidence-based practices. </li><li>Oversees operational dashboards, key performance indicators, workforce planning, budgets, resource utilization, and data-informed decision-making to support sustainable outcomes. </li><li>Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a health-related field. </li><li> State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
