Pros

Definitely a great place to settle down and work if you plan on staying full time. Staff is friendly, frequent raises, charting system is great. Working here you will learn a lot and become experienced in a short amount of time.

Cons

Unit ratios aren’t the best. Due to it being a level 1 trauma/“BIG” hospital we typically get overwhelmed with patients especially the ER. Census is usually high and staffing typically low.
