As a traveler, Strong Memorial was very friendly. They do not treat travelers differently than staff. You never get the worst assignment just because your a traveler. There is no ITA's, CNA's or sitters so that can make some shifts unpleasant but coworkers are plentiful and usually willing to help. Sometimes they admit everyone even when they don't know why so holds can be overwhelming. Always have the equipment you need but not always an ideal environment for patients care. Many hallway beds being utilized Sometimes inappropriately. For example someone on 5L  NC may be in a hallway bed. pt:Staff ratios are scary but management/charge nurses are helpful (if you let them know you need help)
