Everyone is friendly and gets along great. There’s always a lot of travelers and no animosity towards them. There is a lot of support and resources available. There is no call requirements for travelers and very few weekends requirements (I only worked I think three weekends in 9 months, and it’s only one day, not the entire weekend, that gets scheduled.)

Be cautious of where you stay in Rochester as there is a decently high crime rate (as in any city). The hospital itself is in a good safe place though.
