RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Circulator OR Adult

Job Details:

• Work 10.5-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
• Trauma call and holiday shifts required
• Minimum 6+ months level 1 required
• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for patients during operative procedures
• Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care in the operating room environment
• Individualize patient care according to health status, age level, and surgery/procedure
• Document all components of care using the nursing process in the perioperative environment
• Minimum 1 year experience in acute operating room environment required
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures required
• Excellent understanding of AORN Standards required
• Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and evaluation skills needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Computer skills necessary
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited program required
• Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate compact RN License (eNLC) required
• Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and CNOR certification preferred
