Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients, including high-risk cases.
• Administer medications and manage common drips such as insulin and oxytocin.
• Float between MBU/Antepartum and LDR areas as needed.
• Assist with admitting, prepping, and recovering patients in the LDR area.
• Collaborate with OB Provider in-house, MFM, and available Neonatologist for patient care.
• Maintain documentation using Cerner charting system and comply with unit protocols.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Wisconsin.
• Certification in BLS and NRP is required.
• Experience in a high-risk labor and delivery environment is preferred.
• Ability to float as required within the facility.
• Knowledge of electronic fetal monitoring systems and ability to read monitor strips.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
