Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- 1 year of rehabilitation experience
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- Med Surg experience
- Experience with Epic
Unit Details
- Specialty: Inpatient rehab
- Patient population: Adults needing inpatient rehabilitation services with high-acuity needs
- Patient ratio: 1:7
- Bed count: 49
Work Environment
- High-acuity inpatient rehab setting that functions similarly to a medical-surgical unit
- Nurses assist CNAs and respond to call lights for patient safety
- May be asked to float to a satellite inpatient rehab facility within about 20 minutes in the future
