General Peds RN

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Long Beach, California
Start date: ASAP
Shift: Day, 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Contract length: 13 weeks
First-timers accepted: No
On-call: No
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: General Peds Unit, Peds Hem/Oncology, NICU, PICU
Local candidates may be accepted at the local rate if within 50 miles of the facility

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
Pediatrics (2 years of experience)
Pediatrics experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred

COVID vaccination record, if available

Additional Notes

Documentation system: EPIC
Pre-approved time off is at the discretion of the manager and must be included at submission
No first-time travelers
