Description

Job Opportunity: Operating Room Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Shift: Day (3 shifts of 12 hours each; 9:40 AM – 11:10 PM)
Contract Length: 21 weeks

Job Description

Tier 4 General Surgery RN role
Procedures include: HIPEC, Whipple, trauma, colectomy, burns, laparoscopic surgeries, DaVinci Xi robotic surgeries, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, and procurements
Preferred experience with kidney transplant cases
Work setting: Operating Room

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room (OR) experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Current ACLS certification
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA)
