Job Overview

Seeking experienced CT Technologists for a 13-week travel assignment supporting adult and specialized imaging services in the Trumbull and Stratford, CT areas. The CT Technologist will perform high-quality computerized tomography (CT) scans while providing exceptional patient care and ensuring accurate diagnostic imaging for physicians and healthcare teams.

As a key member of the imaging department, you will obtain patient histories, explain procedures, address patient concerns, and perform specialized CT imaging examinations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Hours: 40 Hours per Week
• Shifts Available: Days, Evenings, or Nights
• Charting System: EPIC
• Interview Required: Yes

Compensation

Travel Package

• Estimated Weekly Pay: Up to $3,504/week
• Hourly Rate: $47/hr
• Meals Stipend: $1,022/week
• Housing Stipend: $602/week

Local Option

• Hourly Rate: $79/hr
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,160/week

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and department protocols
• Produce high-quality cross-sectional images of soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones
• Verify patient identity and obtain accurate patient histories
• Educate patients regarding procedures and answer questions to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to radiation protection standards
• Operate CT equipment and imaging software efficiently
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in EPIC
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience required

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications & Licensure

• Active ARRT Certification
• ARRT (CT) Certification Required
• Active Connecticut CT/Radiology License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current CPR Certification (if applicable)

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
• TB screening, PPD, or chest X-ray if required
