Role Overview
- Travel RN position in the Emergency Room
- 1 opening
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Rotating weekends/as needed
- No call
- Float as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Virginia
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- ED - Emergency Department (5 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- CPI
Preferred
- ICU experience in addition to ED experience
- Lots of Emergency Room experience
Unit Details
- 31 beds and 2 Triage rooms
- 7 of the 31 beds are used for Behavioral Health or Acute patients
- Serves all ages
- Patient ratio is 1:4
Additional Notes
- Handle with Care is available on-site
- Random drug screening is completed on site
- Candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel
