Overview

Outpatient Rehab Services role in Cumming, Georgia
Schedule: 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Shift: 10-hour day
Hours per week: 40
Contract length: 13 weeks
No local candidates within 50 miles

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Georgia
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Herman & Wallace Level 1 Certified or APTA Pelvic Health Certified
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy

Schedule Requirements

Must work 2 major holidays out of 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day
Must work 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve
