Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- Case Management (3 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience with Epic
Role Summary
- Coordinates inpatient and outpatient care in the overall admission process and access to healthcare

- Potential housing available during the assignment, subject to availability

- Housing includes Wi-Fi, utilities, on-site laundry, and furnishings

Submission Requirements
- Resume listing hospital case management and Epic experience
- Copy of Nursys or state RN license
- Skills sheet
Additional Notes
- Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
- CAPS registration is required and may take up to two weeks to obtain
