The floor staff are amazing
Cons
Poor management, if you decline an assignment that you don’t feel safe with they tell you to bring down your badge and key as if they are firing you. Micro managing at its finest. The rules they implement daily only put staff more at risk than we already are. They do not appreciate their staff at all and this is one of the many reasons they do hiring events every month.

Highly unsafe, numerous attacks on staff, staff regularly sexually assaulted, no action taken.

Nurse to patient ratio is 1:14. It’s all about who you work with. Some staff will watch you get attacked. Staff is encouraged to not call the police or press charges on violent patients. Going to your work and leave.
